Both Etho's minigame and Scar's minigame feel like something out of the MC Championship, right down to having teams of four. In fact, I could actually see Etho's game as an MCC game, and a few of the Hermits that were participating HAVE been in the MCC themselves.

Oh, you set set the gamerule for keeping players inventory after death during Scar minigame. I wonder if someone not playing died at this time and was very surprised :P

That means each gold _block_ converts to just a single golden apple, plus one ingot. To get a stack of golden apples, you need just under a stack of gold _blocks._ Also you know you can get apples really easily from farmer villagers, right? It's 1 emerald for 4 apples by default, so you don't even need any zombification nonsense.
